Ken group up in a small town nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains. As Ken got older he focused more on academics and athletics. Then upon graduating high school, joined the United States Marine Corps where he would spend the next eight years developing his leadership style and learning the many valuable lessons that make him who he is today.
Ken achieved the rank of Sergeant in the Marines and was stationed in North Carolina, Okinawa Japan, Virginia (Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps), and finally in California before leaving military service.
After serving in the Marines Ken obtained valuable experience in the work force and eventually enrolled in college at night, going on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in just two years, with honors.
Ken then applied to Lincoln Law School of Sacramento where he obtained his Juris Doctorate and award of perfect attendance throughout the entirety of the time he attended law school. This demonstrates Ken’s level of commitment and reliability.
While attending Lincoln Law School, Ken also completed a Masters Degree, and achieved a 4.0 grade point average in the program.
As an attorney, Ken has obtained a wealth of experience, including work as an assistant public defender, personal injury (defense), personal injury (plaintiff), and as a family law attorney. Ken has a wealth of courtroom and trial experience, having completed both jury and bench trials.
Ken’s is an aggressive advocate. However, he believes in settlement as settlement often results in a better outcome for both sides, while providing clients the opportunity to better shape the outcome of their case, rather than letting a judge decide. Settlement is always the more cost effective option as well.
Ken is admitted to practice in the State of California (California State Bar number 316483), the Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
